☽ Baby sleep planner · made for co-sleeping families
Hushabye
A sleep plan that starts from how Indian families actually sleep — baby in your room or in your bed. Built from the r/sleeptrain community's collective wisdom, cross-cultural research on 3,982 Indian families, Indian Academy of Pediatrics guidance, and the trial evidence on methods that work without a separate nursery.

This is not medical advice. The IAP and AAP recommend a separate sleep surface in the parents' room for the first 6–12 months, always on the back, on a firm flat surface with no pillows or soft toys. Talk to your pediatrician before changing sleep or feeding for a baby under 4 months adjusted age, and whenever illness, reflux, snoring or weight gain is in the picture.
